Ensuring that a camps potential is not limited by resources, instead, evaluating the big picture of what a camp can become and giving those present, the tools to bring it to fruition.
Who is Brad?
Working in camps and camp related work for more than 15 years, Brad has worked across a spectrum of positions and camps in two countries and two provinces. He has spent the last 2 years as the Director of a camp in Alberta, Canada, while developing training, camp culture and mentorship materials.
Impacting children, teens and young adults
Spending much of his career as a front line staff, Brad has had the privilege of impacting a generation of campers and young people. Many of whom have gone on to have successful careers in camps or related fields.

Brad has worked with a number of camps and agencies to develop their staff training and policies to be a step above, while ensuring they are based in the reality of the every day needs of a camp.
Working with a wide spectrum of demographics, and needs, Brad has built a nearly exhaustive collection of skills and trainings, invaluable to the many organizations he has worked for and with.
